88590015 xml definition

Does anybody have the XML definitions for the High and Low Octane fuel maps on the 88590015 ROM?

Um, that link is great and all but it doesn't contain anything about the XML definitions for the high and low octane fuel maps. The link you provided does show how to create a new map but I'm not sure of the address and other information that needs to be entered if I create the map. If somebody can just give me the two XML definitions for the 88590015 ROM I can just put them back in the XML file and be on my way. The maps are still showing in ECUFLASH but they are greyed out because they're in the evo9Base.xml file but not the 88590015 XML file.
