afr & timing

Hey all,

Just a simple question:

If I tune my car for 11 afr, and x timing
Then tune it again for 11.5 afr, and y timing

Of course, x is > than y, bcs the tune is richer.
My question is, does 11 afr with more timing produce more or less power
than 11.5 with less timing?? how much approximately??

my guess is the second option will yield more power, just want to have some
details as how much will the difference be... how about if i go 12 afr?

any imput is greatly appreciated.
