my evo came with map 88590014 and i recently switch to 88590015 and switch all my custom tables over. i switched so i can run the alternate maps mod. No when i wot the car with the old map its a smooth power transition all the way to redline. when i wot the car with the new map it feels close to normal or normal but at 5000 to redline it all of a sudden gets more power. I double and triple checked all my maps and they are copied over correctly. My question is what could be causing this? would i have to retune because of the different map? Could i use another map instead of the 88590015 or would it mess up my ecu? I dont have any logs yet but ill try to get some tonight. Can ANYONE give me some input or if anyone has switch and had teh same types of problems....thanks
