Nope, still with my 1.3 cable and laptop. I was on 1.35 before.
I did email support@tactrix.com about the driver issue

I made a post about it on openecu, not much in the way of interest to fix this.

I also PM'd the person who does the hacks and we agreed that 1.39 is not a useful enough upgrade to waste time making a patch/hack for.

Not so, the date/time stamps on the IX definition 00015 are the same from 1.38. Are you using a different table than that? If not, I am not going to upgrade at this time.
in case you want to use 1.39 here might be some directions towards that end.
lifted from the subie forums
. Unplug your op2 cable
2. Uninstall ECUFlash
3. Delete the OpenECU program folder (usually at C:\Program Files\OpenECU).
4. Download and reinstall the latest version of ECU Flash (1.39) - the installer will also install the latest openport drivers.
5. Once installed, connect your op2 cable and when the new hardware device pop-up window prompts to install the drivers, manually select the correct (new) drivers for the op2 cable, which are located in the ECUFlash program folder (usualy here C:\Program Files\OpenECU\EcuFlash\drivers\x86)
6. Connect the op2 cable to the car, and do a read (download the ROM) and it will update the firmware automatically for you if it needs to be updated.
Also, make it a habbit to never write to the ECU without first doing a test write. You may be fine on most occasions, but it only takes one failed write to cause problems And pay attention to the message given at the end of every write process, if there is an error follow the instructions carefully.
