Correct latency values
Correct latency values
Just wondering what you think about the values I have running currently. The car runs like a bat outa hell and starts right up. Only problem is initial cold start. It will start on first crank then surge to 1.8k and then almost stall. Is this a latency/scaling issue or some other map issue? It will only do it for the first 30 sec or so. Any advice or tips would be appreciated. I'm running FIC 1000.

On both 93 and E85?
On E85, tweak the Cranking Start IPW adder (add more IPW at colder temps) for any starting problems.
The directly after starting problems, what are you fuel trims like once warmed up? Sounds like latency might be off and since the fuel trims aren't active when cold, it can't compensate. (running in open loop)
