Even if the boost was the same at redline, the E85 tune would not be worthless.

Example, boost dropping to be the same up top as the pump gas tune:

Difference in pump gas vs E85:

My apologies for the bad scans this time around

im sure it will make more power, but if i cant hold boost i dont think id see the full potential of what e85 can do. i wouldnt expect it to be a huuuge gain over q16, and this time around we could only get 443 on q16 hitting 30 pounds and dropping to 19. compared to before the dump at 457 on q16. if i spent the money on the double pumper and the injectors and all that, and only make it back to my old 457, id be a little dissapointed.

I doubt E85 will make more than q16. I've seen it make more than 110, but not by a huge margin.

Isn't Q16 almost $18/gallon?, and E85 is uder $3/gallon

Could it be that you are taking your wastegate pressure feed from your BOV line? As the boost control bleeds off pressure it is doing the same to you BOV and it could be pushing open under high load. Something to check.

Wastegate feeds should always be from their own source.

could be possible. somethings definatly off. i took it to the track today and boost was not holding at all. i use to hold boost good in the higher gears, but today at the track my greddy profec b recorded highest boost at 22 pounds, and when i looked down for the 3-4 shift it was at 18 and held 18 all the way through 4th. went 11.8 at 116 though, straight 93. if i could just get the boost to hold it might go pretty fast on pump.

Have you actually done a boost leak test or have you only checked the couplers and such?

EDIT :: Nevermind ... I saw the line in your post above.
Also remember that gains from the dump wil be dependant on your exhaust system..Mabye the open dump is allowing it to free the wg gasses too easily wheras before it was stuffed up and actually had no choice but to make more boost..

Sounds like a faulty Boost controller. It wouldn't happen to be a forge would it? That or you have little to no preload on the WGA.

Just try tee-ing your BOV off the feed to your FPR, and then take the WG feed from the old BOV line. Worth a check to see if it is the BOV pushing open with the lack of full pressure feed to it.
