Please help with NLTS

Ok im using v5 this is how I have it setup!!
1st of my rev limt is @8056,, I have a few questions?? Ok my rpm drop-1000 so does that mean that my RPM drop will drop from 8056 to 7056?? and when should I shift at?? Ok and what does LOAD THRESHOLD mean?? Does it mess with timing or fuel at that LOAD that it is set at
...............................................
RPM DROP-1000
TPS THRESHOLD -98%
SPEED THRESHOLD -200mph
LOAD THRESHOLD -150

NLTS RPM Drop - When the other conditions are met the ECU will apply a revlimit of 'shift rpm - drop rpm'.
NLTS TPS Threshold - What TPS is required for NLTS to active the revlimit
NLTS Speed Threshold - What is the minimum speed you must be travelling at to enable NLTS - basically allows you to slip the clutch on launch
NLTS Load Threshold - What is the minimum load for NLTS to activate - for the down-shift blippers!

yeah your speed threshold is way to high, leave it at 20ish so the NLTS system enables once the car is moving
