Does anybody have this setup? Once I get my car tuned I want to implement it as a safety measure. Is it as easy as setting a knock threshold and a desired Throttle %?

Awesome, I have the V2 rom. I just wanted to make sure there were no other settings or such that needed to be configured. Do you have a preferred %-age to use for the throttle cut?

Start around 30%.. if u make it too low it's like hitting a brick wall...
