knock, knock, knock on acceleration and turning

I've noticed a sound recently coming from the passenger side of the car. I noticed it first when making sharp right turns... and now sometimes when accelerating. It really sounds like "knock, knock, knock"... really fast. (just the three knocks... and always three knocks)

Any ideas on what this could be?

I recently had a service in which I changed transmission fluid, ACD fluid and diff fluid. I don't recall hearing it before the service... but it may just be that I wasn't paying attention and didn't notice it before.

To me tho it doesn't sound like a loose suspension component. It's almost like a something mechanical "working".
