First , I ask you to forgive me as I am not the most computer savvy guy around but I downloaded evoscan as prompted after I paid via paypal and now I cant seem to open it.

First of I open up the folder and I have one thing that says "evoscan 2.5 windows installer" the other icon says "setup".

Now I click the installer and install it but and once its done the program should open up but it never does.

Can anyone help me? Via aim or phone or whatever.

If it was installed, go to the directory where it was installed usually computer/program files/evoscan. You can "create a shortcut" for the file folder and the program icon, and you should be good to go! Then if you are like me and dont want a bunch of icons on the desktop, just drop the folder w/ the install/set up into the evoscan file folder that you created a short cut for.

 

That did not work.

On top of that I ended up dropping my laptop from the roof of my car onto the floor and broke the screen.

Does anyone know if evoscan will try to charge me another $25 to download this onto my back up laptop ????
