Correct formula for 2ByteLoad

ok so I was going thru some notes today, and came across my notes on the formula changes for evoscan.
for 2ByteLoad (I have written down in my notes) = 1000*x/256
What I have in Evoscan is = 0.3125*x

I have been logging w/ this formula, ( 0.3125*x ) and seems to be fine. I just want to make sure...

TIA

1000*x/256 is for RPM 2 byte (on EDM).

I guess I should have added that its a USDM IX (015)
Hmmn... I havent changed this formula (2ByteLoad) since upgrading to 2.5.
I think I remember reading that the formulas should have the "0" before the point (.) Is this correct? Or can I just use .3125?

thanks guys!
