IAT log you don't want to see
what you see here is a nice cool charge temp, around 75 degrees, that rockets up to max temp.
that is what you see when a piston dissolves and a fireball backs up through the upper intercooler pipe and warms a sensor.
all the other logged items were hidden for clarity, except the falling rpms

nothing like the real data is there?
Piston 1 went up in a cloud of smoke. The guys at English Racing are telling me it was too lean. No matter what, its all on me, my tune, my driving etc.
I mean the piston really disappeared, only thing on the end of the rod was the pin.
I had just gone from all h2o to 50/50 meth. Took out the hiflow cat and didn't reset the fuel. So I was getting up there.

aside from a hugh knock event about three laps earlier, which I think was false, there was a count of three showing at the end. The reason I think the early event was false, it happened once despite driving the same cycle over again(s) without a knock episode.
I was working the afr in the 12.5 zone. When I changed to a test pipe I never did another log.
Maybe there was a much higher event at the end that didn't get logged because it fell between calls?
C6, no the afr at the end was about 12.5, it had been leaner earlier. If I remember I'll post a snap shot of the last ten seconds or so tonight.

Bruce, if you can attach the log I am very interested in downloading and viewing it.
If you got more important things than digging through logs at the moment, I could definately understand with the motor torn up. But that log would be interesting.
Good luck with the new motor.
