hello guys, i have a question hopefully you guys can help me with this, that is holding me back from going and tuning my car.... here goes, i have a custom gt35r but im running stock ecu so that means i'm still using my AIR FLOW METER (AFM). i have a 4" coupler reducing to 3" and using the air flow meter will that be a problem when tuning?

 

nope, i do the same exact thing. u can do a ton with the stock ecu as long as you know what your doing.

you will be fine, and everyone generally refers the the afm as a maf

 

Where in FL are you located?

 

AFM is the toyota/lexus nomenclature

MAS is the GM/buick

MAF is the Mitsu/ford
