What settings would you recommend to correct the trims?

I installed the stock injectors and it runs fine. It's definately a problem with the injectors or the latencies

New Injectors???

Check the Scaling for different injectors thread. There are proven scalings for all the popular injectors. I'd say if you try one of them and have a problem you may have a bad injector in the mix

How could an injector be bad if it will idle with the MAF disconnected on the 1000cc injectors.
