Switched from 99860002 to Tephra 5.10 90550001 getting P0400

Hello all,
As the title stats, I switched from 99860002 to Tephra's 90550001 5.10 and have started getting P0400 codes regularly. This is EGR related, but as my car is an EDM Evolution VII, I do not have an EGR (or Map sensor). The only thing I can think of is I am running without a cat, would that kick the P0400 code? Why would it only kick in on the 9055001? I am still pretty new and learning about Periphery Bits. Is it possible to look on my saved 99860002 rom and copy and paste the Periphery settings on the 9055001 rom? Hopefully this all makes sense. Many thanks in advance.
Dan

P.S. I will be testing Tephra's o2 simulator setting tomorrow on my way in to work with the 9055001 without any modified Periphery bits. And as a side note Bit 2 was already selected as 0 (per mrfred's instructions).

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I will update with new news when I get to work.

I have the same issue.
I will have the car back to me between two weeks, and I can try something. If in the meantime anyone has ideas...
The RS2 european EVO VII HAVE the EGR (give a look under the throttle body), but on mine the EGR is closed.

rawkus, are you running tephramod v5.1?Is your REGULAR (not static) revlimit working?

I do not have a map sensor, leading me to believe I do not have an EGR system. Where do I look to confirm if in fact I do have an EGR? (I will check the throttle body area, but I am not sure what I am looking for)

I haven't tried the regular rev limit, I will double check today after work.

Thanks for the reply.

Following mrfred's instructions, after I added the periphery code and opened up EcuFlash, Periphery Bit 2 was already set to 0 on both the 90550001 and 99860002 rom.

Thanks for the post.

The EGR valve is under the throttle body, I think that you have it.

tephra, have you any idea of why with your " 90550001 v5.1 fix" on 99860002 the revlimit doesn't work?I have tried to set it very low, but nothing.
With regular 99550001 revlimit is ok
It is a dangerous bug.
