Still throwing codes P0037 and P0138, while using tephra mod 88590015.

So today i decided to patch my ecu using tephra mod 88590015 hoping to get rid of two check engine lights related to the rear o2 sensor. I am running a test pipe with no rear O2 sensor. So i tried the mod out hoping the CEL's would stay off. Unfortunately they came back on after the second start up on the newly flashed ECU. I'm not understanding why they are coming back on because the rear O2 is simulated with this patch. Any insite would be of great help

You have to enable the rear o2 sim, check that in the patch if you did not look into it at all.

Also, if the sensor is completely removed you will still get a CEL for the heater, you just won't get the efficiency CEL. More information on that can be found in this thread:

Dude, its simple binary language. 1 for on, 0 for off. Please search before bumping and junking simple questions.

Your codes point toward more of a bad/broken/unplugged sensor than a mismatch between the front and rear O2. The former cannot be solved with an O2 simulator, the ladder is the only thing it can fix. You probably need a [new] O2 sensor (It is still not clear whether or not you removed it completely).
