Post your ETS intake maf scaling

I was wondering what everyone's MAF scaling looks like that has a ETS intake.

Dont want to copy it but just curious of what it looks like.

I'll post mine up after I finish scaling it today.

define perfect? Its been said that the ETS intake requires maf scaling.

My ETS intake is perfect also.... 31.25Hz at idle with 100% stock MAF settings

The actual MAF frequency isn't affected by the ECU. The car will idle at what ever frequency the airflow makes the MAF register.

That doesn't mean the MAF frequency corresponds to what that airflow would create in the stock intake though.

Switch the car over to openloop and see if your AFRs are right under partial throttle. That will tell you if the MAF is scaled correctly.

+2 and then try to tune it. Not too much fun. Im trying to modify my scaling and smoothing tables to match open loop afr. But without the map-maf patch, I stall almost everytime time. I thought is was in the scaling, but I also idle at low 30s. So who knows.

Hey project skyline - did you ever rescale your MAF. I have the ETS intake. I only rescaled my idle numbers since my fuel trims were mostly off at idle (my idle is more like 50 hz rather than the factory 30 hz).

anyone have any problems wiht the intake making the car run overly rich? My friend is running one at the moment with stock injectors and its throwing a p0172 and trimming full negative.

Seems kinda odd....it does idle in the 50-60hz range too

The ETS intake will not make your car run rich. There is something else wrong with either the car or the tune.

The ETS intake will actually make it idle lean which is its only downside. Go to openloop idle and let it idle at 13.5 or so and it loves life.

I did. The only scaling was really at idle. I idle about 43 hz.

Other then that the car runs just fine. But Im running full time OL.

Can you post your numbers, I'd love to compare mine scaling to yours.
