try another laptop if it is at all possible. an older one is more likely to work than a new one. If you were local I'd let you use mine.

 

There are always other options, if Evoscan isn't working for you.

 

I've never had a problem with getting it working. I do need to update my copy, its been almost a year. Only time it flakes is when I forget to plug in the wideband to the laptop

 

I made the same mistake. After purchasing the software you get the key right away. I forgot where you had to click on to get it. Did you open up a support ticket? Thats how I got mine resolved. Also when the support ticket is answered I got no notification. I had the check the status a day later but did get my key.

 

okay wow, thats a problem. geez i'd be willing to help ya myself cuz that sucks. Did you start a thread about it? I'll search for it. would also try a dif laptop if possible to make sure thats not it.
