Bought license 9 days ago, still nothing from Evoscan?

Is this normal? Been 9 days since I paid the license fee. Nothing yet. Anyone?

Did you check your spam folder? You'd never expect it, but alot of his emails wind up there for some reason. You should have gotten a serial and a download link within a couple of minutes of purchase.

mine acutally came up in a pop up screen after i finished my paypal payment but i had pop up blocker on so i had to email him and get it but he is usually pretty quick on his response.

Yeah, it shows up after you make the payment. I never received an email from him, I just wrote down the key that was given to me at that time.

I never got an email either - just the serial number on the screen after you make the purchase. I didn't write it down though - I expected an email to come through.

Anyways...I'll probably be in the same boat one day when my laptop crashes

Yep he got back to me tonite. I mentioned to him that he should put it on the site that you get your registration immediately that way customers aren't waiting for days for an email that will never get to them.

I've yet to get evoscan to work. And the support is not there...I wish I could get my $25 back

^ It's been almost 1 year, I've heard it's great...he tried to setup some sort of live forum thing and that was a failure. I would love to use it.
