I suppose you've checked both fuse compartments?

Any codes?

I have given the motor a quick once over, and nothing seems to catch my eye, but thats not saying much! The injectors/fuel rail arent leaking, if thats what you mean...

would you be able to tell if a fuse was blown, just by looking at it, or am I gonna have to pull all of them out? sorry for the dumb question, I know, but when it comes to mechanics, I guess Im dumb.

injectors may be fine, but is ur fuel pump coming on, on ignition?

any lines damaged? fuel filter clogged?

if its not electrical it can only be fuel or spark really (dont flame me i am being general)

check for continuity across the fuses, any electrician should be able to do it.

unfortuneately for me, this is a lil beyond my knowledge of cars, which is obviously limited. How can you check/tell if the pump is coming on during ignition? Nothing appears to be damaged... Where is the fuel filter located?

I wouldnt flame you, I really appreciate the input, as Im sitting in my garage waiting for some help from a friend.

not certain about the fuel filter (don't even know if the evo has one lol),.

turn on the ignition and u should hear a humming sound where u put in ur fuel pump (behind ur drivers seat). should be pretty easy to hear. the other thing is it may be coming on but the fuel filter in your tank maybe clogged.....

Ok. Simple solution that works 90% of the time. Pull a plug and see if theres spark. If there is then it's a fuel problem. If it doesn't spark it's electrical. Then go from there.

i am going on the assumption that his car can start or did start so there was spark. now he is not getting fuel or there is an electrical problem.

still try to see if u get a spark, then u can narrow down the problem.

I have a friend on the way to help out... Im gonna start w/ the battery, and go from there. Will try this if its not the battery...

When you pull a plug, Im assuming I should then try to start the car? Just wanna make sure.

Thanks for the input guys.

what you are looking for is the arc when the plug is firing. leave the plug on the ignition wire/boot and crank. watch the gap of the plug.
