Interesting MAF based datalog
3500 RPM, 3rd gear, IAT 16C, MAT 29C, Coolant 83C.
Running off MAF sensor, stock FQ360 ignition map, fuelling about 12:1 spool then 11.5 on full boost, 1.7 midrange target on AVC-R with 63% duty, but a completely stock map can also do what is shown.
The period shown is about 1.5 seconds. I had partly opened the throttle to accelerate and then had to lift just as the turbo was spooling up. Knock sum goes 10-12-14! Scale on the right is NBO2, all else on the left, MAP scaling is kPa. Note how the load, IPW, NBO2 drops out even when the manifold pressure is still high.
I'd forgotten how nasty these MAF jerks can be, and they are difficult to produce to order so it was nice to log a really good example. I was running MAF to check VE since I changed the exhaust since I can't use my tailpipe WBO2 sensibly with a cat. As it happens running 0.1 bar less because of the quieter exhaust with cat, the VE is pretty much the same. If I pushed the boost on the restrictive exhaust like I did on the loud one I think the top end VE would drop.
Driving it again on the MAF is not something I want to continue, they are almost evil when this sort of thing happens!

If you are suggesting that I tackle the SD patch for 96530006, I think you are giving me too much credit. I don't even want to try that one. I'd feel much more comfortable with you or mrfred patching that ROM.
Sweet.
I appreciate it. I finally ordered a bunch of stuff for my car (ETS 3.5" IC, Nisei LICP, Walbro FP, Synapse DV, etc) to finally fully tune it and get ready for E-85 (still have injectors to buy). Having SD will be a nice addition.

By the way, do you or mrfred want donations for the SD patches or should we donate to Tephra?
Since I finally got around to using a tephrarom v 5.1 (with your livemapping), it's about time I re-donated to tephra.

^ jeez that's nice of you
I am going to have to hit you up for SD on EvoX :P hehehe
I will do a V7T5 of 88570008 next - as I am pretty sure V7T5 of 96530006 is done and working ok for everyone

BTW, Tephra, I sent you a little donation today for all of your hard work. Thanks again.
