I am having an issue with stalling with the AC on. The car idles great with AC off. I raised the idle RPM values for AC on, and I increased the ISCV AC on values by 10. The car still wants to die. I also made sure BIS was proper....it is. Idles at 980ish with SAS activated and AC off. My base idle is set at 1070.
For those of you who don't already know....I am running Revolver cams, HKS hard pipes, FP Green, AMS (FIC) 780s and lots of other mods.
My injectors are scaled spot on. LTFTs are +/- 3% STFT hovers at 5%.

Mine started to stall/dip in rpm after changing to a aftermarket DV. At like 2psi and 2500rpm releasing the throttle and clutch in the engine speed would drop to like 300ish. Sometimes it would recover, but usually it would die. I raised my ISCV values a little. Poured some seafoam into the throttle body idle ports to clean out any buildup from blowby out. Also changed my open loop load at <1500 rpm to 10 load to make the car open loop at idle (my lc-1 makes the car run lean... for closed loop gas mpg!!) . Solved my problems. The idle still drops, but it only goes to like 600 rpm and has no problem recovering. With my AC on before, it would ALWAYS stall, now i dont have any issues. Good luck with it. Depending on your milage and oil blowby (get a catch can!) your ISCV could be gunked up. I had oil residue on my TB inlet and butterfly.
EDIT: I also cleaned the licp and all other pipes. The majority of the oil was in the rubber intake pipe by the DV/valve cover breather, so im pretty sure its just blowby and not a failed turbo seal. It doesnt smoke or burn any detectable ammount of oil on the dipstick between changes.

Have you tried leaving it sitting there? The system will learn an offset but it takes around 5 to 10 mins. If it always stalls you can turn up the idle error maps at the extreme end, should be 250rpm from target.
You can also check that the ST fuel trim does not move alot when you turn it on.
