Sensor questions

I have an air/water intercooler and meth injection, I'm logging with Innovate LM-2. The issue i have is when i'm cruising my intake temp is 80-90 degrees, when i get into boost, they start to drop to 40-60 degrees when i get into high boost (when the meth activates) the temp goes to -39 and stays there.

1) Where does the ECU read AIT.
2) How much does 50%meth and 50%water affect intake temps.
3) Is there a way to calibrate the stock sensor.

I feel like i have a sensor issue, I don't think my temps could possibly be this low.
Any insite would be greatly appreciated.

I figured out the temp issue dropping to -39 and staying there, if you are playing back what you log, as soon as the playback mode ends it goes to -39, you can't tell the difference between playback and realtime is a little p in the corner.

the ecu reads temp at the air filter, practically ( maf sensor assembly), so you are not seeing the results of your injection ever.

temp drop is a result of engine warmed air being obscured by fresh outside air during wot. it is hard to believe that those temps would be below ambient.
are you doing the logs at night?

you can read air intake temps with logworks , if you use a sensor and locate it after your injection point.

I was using a K-type thermocouple to log temps before i used the meth, thats why i was wondering how much it effects temp. My setup has 7 gallons of cooling media, two 1800cfm fans, and an ice box reservoir, a heat exchanger (radiator) so my temps are usually below ambient, until it equalizes, i'm not in the boost all the time so usually i get below ambient for an hour or so of cruising. The meth helps alot too, 31psi and the worst temp i've seen so far is 91 degrees, after go for a two hour drive and boosting most of the way (I was in the mountains) between 7 and 20psi.

then I am completely wrong. I did not know you had a post injection sensor

I read that one with my multimeter, for now. I'm trying to setup before/after AIT so i can check intercooler efficiency, i just didn't know were the stock measurement was being pulled from. I plan on using a Innovate TC-4.

I have water temp sensors in the heat exchanger, and i'm going to install one in the ice box reservoir.
