when using map tracer problem (SORTED)

do i need the EXACT rom that produced the logs in evoscan to use map tracer?
i have put my xml that works with my rom in ecuflash into the folder evoscan and my rom hex too.
but map tracer says cannot find evo7base.xml which also is in the evoscan folder

from what i can gather map tracer doesn't like that i have repositioned the logged items! so what do i need to do?
i compared the sample csv with my log and the only difference is the order of logged items. so how do i get evoscan to reconise what data is in what columns?
