Based only on the questions you have asked, I would assume that you have a very limited knowledge of tuning, and with an expensive built motor I would pay the 350 or less to have a profesional tuner tune you car.

Mellon is an awesome tuner by the way, he has been playing with mitsu's for over a decade and he is a perfectionist. That's a quality tuner should have.......

I have never done business with TTP, but I hear that they are very good too.

I would suggest that you call many different tuners and choose the one that you like based upon how their customer service, and record of business on this forum is.
