Ok so I logged my car with a tune that was purchased by the previous owner and the afr was way lean.....so I loaded a stock rom and now im trying to tune the afr....well I thought i was doing pretty decent until I checked duty cycle....for some reason it is showing 100%. I dont understand why. Also should i run 12.5 up until 10 psi or is it ok if I just run 11.7 from 3000 rpms to 7500? Any help would be awsome!!! thanks in advance. Oh ya my boost is at 18 psi in third and it spikes 19-19.5 in forth......also the first map tracer is my afr via zeitronix wide band.

 

I'm assuming you have a fuel pump, right?

 

ya walboro 255 of course....stock injectors. I put a 100% stock map in and at higher rpm @ just about stock boost the duty cycle still shows ~100%. What woul cause this? Doesnt make sense to me.

 

Check for a boost leak off the fuel pressure regulator line (perhaps at the boost gauge, if you have one tapped there)

 

I actually just put a new fuel pressure regulator solenoid on.....mabye theres a leak on the line. i am going to do a boostleak test tomarrow.
