I just picked up a new labtop with the latest version of Vista on it. I cannot edit any of my xml files. This did work on my old labtop with XP, but now would like for it to work on my new one. Any thoughts? I get an error screen telling me that my access is denied.

 

I had the same prob. with vista you have to move the file out of the folder change it and save then move it back in the folder. if that makes sense

 

I run Vista x64 and I don't have any issues editing my xmls?

I just right click on the xml, click edit and it opens in notepad - then I make my changes and close it (which prompts to save it).
