Need Help, rough iddle with Cosworth M2 Mivec

Guys, need help...

Just Replaced the cam with M2 Cosworth Mivec Cam
and change the injector with PE 680
and doing EcuFlash by my self

I put Injector scaling on 570 & latency already been tuned to gain +/- 5% STFT reading in EvoScan

Now the car won't idle on 800 rpm, it needs 930-950 rpm to idle,
at 930 RPM the idle is better but still, a little bit rough
and I think the 950-ish idle is too high

anything is wrong ?

a friend told me to richen AFR to around 13.5 on idle
the problem is ,car still run 14.7 (on LC1 wideband) after i put 13,5 AFR in both High octane & Low octane Map in 500-1000 rpm, area under 10-30% Load...
so No Result...

Read on the forum that rubber turbo inlet pipe will cure rough idle, BUT after, change the turbo Stainless inlet pipe with the OEM rubber one, still rough iddle

any idea what should I do next ?

Thanks

The computer will just adjust it back to 14.7 unless you disabled the o2 sensor.

I suggest adding a little bit of timing to the idle areas start with 7's and go up to like 9's but not much further or risk a p300 code.

Make sure MIVEC timing around 0-1000rpms and up to ~50load is zero'd out. Secondly, go ahead and give it ~10degrees of timing in the same columns in TIMING values. If that doesn't help add a little fuel in the corresponding tables and play with the ISCV values (slowly bump them up).

ps. try these values

Scaling- 597
Latencies- 2.186 1.413 0.957 0.687 0.486 0.349

see if that helps bring the values closer to 0.

I had to bump up my idle to ~1000 rpm (1039? in ecuflash) or it idled rough. You'll get used to it. Don't mess with ISCV maps except the Desired initial ISCV position ac on map. Bump up the bottom two cells by ten. That will help your throttle lift off bogging/stalling when the ac is on. Do what was said about mivec and timing in the idle cells and you should be fine. At least it worked in my car.

Rough idle with cams is pretty normal. Most of us raise the idle RPM to around 1000 rpm and up the timing by a few degrees. This solves about 90% of the problem. As stated above about the ISCV tables....only the AC one needs to be messed with.

You said your STFT is +/- 5%....what about your LTFTs??? They need to be within 5% too. Some more scaling may be needed.
