my car run at -10degrees timing and when i unplug the knock i run at -6degree timing

 

You can buy either a Taxtrix or EvoScan cable and flash it yourself.

Not that I am aware of. Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy a new sensor rather than pay someone to reflash your ecu or buy a openport cable? The sensors at Autozone is like $80. The knock sensor is the one thing I WOULDN'T disable.....it is somewhat of a safety net.
