Im hooking up a open dump o2 housing. I dont think that will affect my tune but just checking before i install it. Im getting a 3" turbo-back soon to so will i have to tune again when i install that? if so im just gonna wait to install both at the same time so i dont have to tune 2 times. thanks

If its not too long of a wait I would just wait and do the both at the same time and just get 1 tune. If the O2 dump does what they advertise it to do (hold more boost on the tail end) then it's going to change the way your car comes on and holds boost...so yes you would have to get retuned for that.

 

get tuned after you install both...they have different back pressure and flow characteristics...it'd be silly to get tuned with just the dump and then throw on a 3" exhaust...the car would run fine but it could make more power with a retune

 

it will affect your boost curve, you will need a tune for it.

 

often time the dump causes boost issues without a tune. definately just wait and get both installed at the same time and then a tune.
