need help on which periphery bits to enable

need help on which periphery bits to enable
which periphery bits control these functions, its for inspection purposes.. tried today and these 3 came up not ready.
catalyst: not ready
oxygen sensor: not ready
oxygen sensor heater: not ready
i assume this just means the front 02 and the rear. which bits in the periphery enable them back on?
