In the maps are the values the actual advance from zero or are they base timing + whatever.
in other words
Is my zero cell really finring at top dead center or is that 0 advance from whatever base is.

 

If everything from earlier systems carries over it would be total from zero with the base calculated in. We tried verifying this last year and it seems that it is 5* base like a DSM but it is calculated into the map like we'd expect from something like DSMlink/ECMlink.
