Urgent! need help!!
By "put it on a charger" they don't mean put it on a charger for 30 seconds and then post again in a panic about how nothing works. Let it charge for a half hour with all accessories off (radio, dome light, etc) THEN try again and report back here.
Trust me, I know you are freaked out, and the good people of this forum are doing their best to help... just follow instructions and things will work out fine in the end. Hell, even if you have to send the ECU to someone to get it "un-bricked" it isn't the end of the world... it sucks, but you will be fine in the end.

Dude, first... CHILL.
Second, try getting just an ounce or two of experience before flashing
Third, why are you loading someone else's rom to your car? It isn't tuned for your car, so it doesn't really belong on your car (unless of course you are just stealing a base flash... or the HIGHLY UNLIKELY situation where your friend tuned his car but knows nothing about how ECUFlash works). You are making this too easy.
Fourth, they already told you. Put some jumper cables on the car, let it catch a little juice, and while the jumper cables are still on flash your stock ROM back (or your dirty thief ROM with correct immobilizer code). Just because there is enough power to crank/run the stereo, etc etc does not mean there is enough to flash. Hopefully you didn't drain it to the point where it started the flash and failed / interrupted a write because you didn't have enough power.
Fifth, if you have an X and you interrupted the flash there is more you need to do. See the appropriate X forum for more information.
Lastly, if your thief ROM has a different initialization sequence, run ECU unlocker while you are trying to connect.
Surprisingly enough, all of this information is already here. Feel free to PM me for payment details for organizing it for you.

Actually I just went through this with a friends car. The ECU was locked from a previous tune (it was garbage and knocking like crazy). That was the exact code I received. Try the following link to malibujacks site under the download section. You have to register to download it I think. He has an ECU unlocking program that helped me. I tried dozens of times before I got the program thinking it was a cable or battery problem.
