Problem saving xml def to rom ID

Problem saving xml def to rom ID

Trying to add the def. for omni 4 bar map to my rom 88590015 but when i hit save it says access denied. Im useing TexPad. I allso tryed in Notepad++ and this says to see if it is open in another program.

Thanks. I got it to work with Ultra Edit but ill try that so i dont have to pay for other program.

Ultra edit will work or you can run the editor as administrator.
