Evoscan Navigator in Evo X? Yes please !!!
OBDII CAN is not enabled on GPSNav, it really has nothing of interest. Mode23 has all the real stuff
and factory CAN OBDII scantools still work even with mode23 enabled, so no problems there.

Also, if you could please, what about my other questions?
5) I also have the LC1 wideband installed. tried connecting just the LC1 to the unit to try and log just the AFR, but it looks like OP2.0 connection is a MUST.
6) connected a USB hub to the Y adapter . I confirmed it to be working on my computer before doing this. I then connected both the LC1 and the OP2.0. In this case, it fails saying that its unable to initialize the LC1 wideband. The red - light is steady on the LC1.
Any ideas ????
Also, the GPS screenshots on the first page say evoscan version 2.7 !!!! was the versioning changed after the fact?

I'm a complete novice, never used Evoscan as all my tuning was done with Cobb AP in ATR, I just got the Evoscan GPS in the mail (without a user's manual) and I planned on using it as a gauge pod and logger, it is running on my desk right now as I have not yet connected it to my OBD II port, just trying figure out how to use it without any direction. I just read above that I have to have something called mode23 enabled before I can use the GPS as a gauge, how do enable mode23? Remember I have zero experience with the Evoscan software, any ECM manipulation I have done previously is in ATR.
Enabling mode 23 is straightforward; instructions are here:https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...lustrated.html
Plug and play (I was hoping) this is not!

This is straightforward? All I want to do is use the EvoScan touchscreen gps as a guage and logging tool, do I have install EvoScan windows 2.6 on a laptop, connect the laptop to he ECM and follow some "proceedure" befor I can use the touchscreen gps for my intended purpose?
AP will not work with mode 23
Well... you could swap your tune from the AP over to evoscan and then use it.
Copp installs it's own custom "program" if you will to your ECU. The evoscan stuff won't work with it.

Yeah, unfortunately, given how new the compatibility with the Evo X is, that seems to be the only current way of doing it, but eventually, we should not need to do things that way.
if it was plug and play, it wouldn't be our hobby
We all here like to learn more and more about how the car works
yeah mode23 is not plug and play I know. but its the best way we have.

Unchecking everything except external Wideband also does not work. I do not see why I'd need mode23 enabled in this case. Or will I?

) or should I sell it?
