In my case, the 9 turbo can only hold max of 25 psi at 7K, so why not design the duty cycle and psi table to follow the natural trend of the turbo....hence less error correction being involved.

At least that was my train of thought...probably wrong or a better way of doing it though. Still relatively new to PSI controlled system, but I have it dialed in and it's awesome and always on point.

my red turbo with my mods doesn't taper. My car feels terrible after the change to ecb.

Todays logs vs my mbc days ago:

RPM MBC EBC
4k 23PSI 20PSI
4500k 27PSI 29PSI
5k 27PSI 28PSI
5500k 27PSI 28PSI
6k 27PSI 27PSI
6500k 27PSI 26.5PSI
7k 27PSI 26.5PSI
7500K 27PSI 26.5PSI

Getting the taper after 6k on the ecb is no prob, it's the way it feels at those boost levels.
The car feels crappy @ WOT...With the MBC it felt much faster and smoother. At 27psi on JackofTrades VDR I was hitting 470whp and at 28psi I was at 480whp. I am not even going to waste my time VDR'ing my car seeing that it feels like this.

I know the boost is pretty much on point. The issue is how slow it feels for such boost levels compared to mbc. It's smoother than before, but not near as powerful. Gonna check for boost leaks even though i only swapped 2 lines lol

Could be a vacuum leak. check your lines and zip tie them.

Try raising WGDC 4K and lower and raise a little 6.5 and up. Once you get it dialed in, you won't regret it...scouts honor. lol

It may help to zero out your error correction tables while trying to achieve the proper boost. After achieving the proper boost curve, reinstate the error tables, and adjust as necessary. I personally (I will probably get flamed for admitting this) have never reinstated my TBEC tables...just left them all at 0 from top to bottom. I get my desired boost all the time, no spiking, perfect taper, in all conditions, so why bother...

OP, what is your desired boost level/boost curve?

If i raise the 4k, my next point is 4250 and that comes so quick the spike is pretty bad so the compromise is to slow the boost train as she comes by around 4k...i literally go from 20psi at 4k to 23psi at 4060k and by 4200rpm i'm at 27psi the way i have it now. I'm stumped

Did you increase the WGDC Correction interval from 10 to 1? ? This makes the correction more sensitive.
