With the car ignition on (but engine doesn't have to be running) what is the voltage at ecu pin 43 (clutch input) with the clutch up and with the clutch on the floor.

I'll be working on 8 tomorrow. I'll try to remember to check for you. Is it not going to be 12v?

 

If he can not, i have an evo8 and a mutimeter; can do at around 5:30-6:00pm if you have a diagram of which pin is 43. dont know what i did whith my diagram

Awesome, your the best. I just wanted to make absoutley sure pin 43 was a 12 volt input before I put 12v into it. I have the evo 8 ecu in my DSM, so it is not factory wired for this. The schematics showed 12v, but I wanted to make sure.

 

surprising that they would flop the ground to a positive voltage.

great find. Now post pic of the setup... That ecu in the dsm would make it easy to tune.
