I couldn't find this info anywhere on the forum, the closest I could find was info for the FIC 750s. I'm assuming this is because very few Evo owners use the 650s because they aren't much bigger than stock.

In any case, does anyone have this info?

 

The 650's typically flow ~640cc, and the latency is about the same as the 750's, maybe slightly less. They are actually the same as what some vendors call their Delphi "680cc" injector, if that helps.
I would start by adding ~300uS to each of the factory latency values.
