Help needed. Lots of different questions.

So I have done my reading/searching/asked questions here and there, but still have a lot I don't understand.

I'm running a 2003 with stock turbo, 24-25 psi, Buschur TBE, catless, ebay o2 housing, Logic Perf IC pipes, AMS fmic, pnp stock exhaust manifold, PTE 880's.

Ever since converting to Tephra V7 I feel like I've been pulling timing everywhere. Maybe I didn't copy my fuel/timing tables over correctly.

But first off I guess I need to make sure my injectors are scaled right. My latency and scaling is pictured below. I did the idle/cruise drive tonight to log fuel trims. The trims seem okay at idle, but I'm not sure about cruising. Yes the STFT goes past 10 a bunch of times, but that seems like it happened when I wasn't as smooth with the throttle compared to the rest of the drive. Since it bounces back and forth from positive to negative I'm not even sure to increase or decrease scaling. Could these readings be off?

I wouldn't say I had a perfect knock free tune before, but I feel like I just can't get rid of knock at spoolup now. Also, I've been dealing with richness every time I tip in.

Here's a log:

And here it is in graph form:

My timing maps:

I run the same high/low fuel maps:

I hope that you all can provide advice, or at least point me in the right direction as to what threads I should read further into. I've done plenty of reading, but as of lately feel like my issues surpass my knowledge. I have plenty other questions I'd like to get answered, but I should get some of these basic issues worked out first.

Knock sums of 1 to 3 are nothing to worry about. I'd lean out the fuel map from 3250rpm to 4250rpm. Blend the 10.6 into 9.3 and see what happens. Have you lean spool enabled or disabled? Also, when logging fuel trims make sure you are in closed loop.

what size injectors?

you seem to be very rich. look for 11.0AFR (on your WB) in boost.

1-3 counts is not much of a problem.

PS: bring on the questions!

What load columns are you referring to? Lean spool is disabled. Do you think enabling that would help me with the tip in rich issue?

Am I missing something, I thought it runs in closed loop when cruising.

They're PTE 880cc's.

I understand about the knock, but this is something that reoccurs a lot, and sometimes leads to heavy knock events.

From your 250 column and higher you need to blend the numbers in the rows into each other. You are making too big a jump going from 10.6 to 9.9. For example your higher load columns should look something like this:

3000 10.6
3250 10.4
3500 10.1
3750 9.8
4000 9.6
4250 9.4
4500 9.3

This should get rid of your rich spot and reduce your knock.

Also, you should be on closed loop while cruising unless Open Loop Load or Open Loop Throttle has been changed.
