Trouble starting after injector install and tune! HELP

Hey people, need some insight on what can be casuing my car to have some problems when I try to start when its cold? I had cams and a few other parts installed with a retune but my tuner is a little far away. I know he sacled pte 880s at 812 but I am thinking the cranking enrichment table needs to be adjusted at a cooler temp setting. Anybody have an idea of what they should be minimized to? The car seems to be too rich cause I need to give it some throttle on the second crank to get it to turn over. Its not a consistent problem but it needs attention. I am curious to know if I changed the injector scaling would it throw my fuel maps off.

Change them by a percentage of the injector size change.

For example say you have 880's right?

Origional scaling for the 560's was 513
New scaling for the 880's is around 750

513/750 = 68.4%

Multiply all the values except the very last ones by 0.684 and see if problems is improved
