Heres my question, if a car is -7 timing on idle, does that mean they should add a lil timing? or does this not mean much considering its under no boost.

Ummm base timing should be at lease 5* I didn't even know a car could run idling at -7* but with the cams you have you should step it up to 9-10* and add from the to see how it responds... assuming its your car.. but 5* should be the minimum.
