can anyone tell me exactly what sensors/methods the car uses to detect baro and temp?

If you're running the MAF, the temperature and baro sensor are in the maf.

...and you just have to log them with evoscan.

Thanks for the info. I'm having ECU issues and i suspect it's either in my maf, or lean spool settings. Car suddenly jumps off tune and runs rich under heavy loads.

Check electric connections. It looks like a a false contact.

This is most likely due to your EGR timing adjustments in that load range.
