livemap does not work with Openport 2.0 cable

Guys, could you help me. I tried to run V7 with live map. The application doesn't work with openport 2.0 cable rev. C, but it works with openport 1.3 cable. Any suggestions how can I make it to work with 2.0

When I tryed to use OP 2.0 cable, it said "Unable to open port"

What version are you using? Are you using ziad's latest version?

If not, I would try that first. If it still doesn't work, then obviously the OpenPort 2.0 uses some different interface. You would have to ask ziad if he knows how to interface with it.

OP 2 is not supported for live mapping only 1.3u

i figure i might as well answer in this thread instead of reply the pm. anyway short answer is that livemap does not work with OP2 cables.

unfortunately dude to work/life and now car issues (i am not running a livemap enabled rom anymore) i havent much work on livemap since last year. and without DMA working on the 96260009 based rom (JDM 8MR) i have no incentive to develop the livemap app any further or to test any code changes.
