2 Weird Questions didnt know how to search for them
Ok the repaired old one seems to be working fine atm, charging at 14.5v steady
The "new" one i got said 4G15 on the box, but the mounting points and plug seemed the same so we thought we would try it, the new one was also only 80amp not 90, we tried it but the battery was on constant checked the volt meter and was only charging at 14.1 and it seems evos need atleast 14.3 to stop the light coming on so this new altinator was not good enough, also the mount points where out and i was only able to use 2 bolts so that was never good enough either.
Anyway my repaired one seems to be working, hopefully the solder breaks where the only fault

Well mine was, with the new one that didnt fit anyway the Battery light was coming on when the charge dropped below 14.3, if i held the revs at say 1500rpm it would start charging at 14.4 and the light went out,
Once i put my old repaired one back in @ idle its charging at 14.5-14.49 and the light is not coming on
