So car starts but doesn't want to stay on

Anyone want to take a stab as to why. Tuner I went to sucks and my friend thats helping me hasn't gotten back to me yet.......I've waited weeks to get my car back.....I'm impatient.

Does the car have fuel pressure? Have you tried putting a factory rom back on the ecu? Is the car on any tephra mods, what injectors do you have, is the car on speed density?

What was changed prior to this issue occurring? What did you do? Change injectors? Change fuel pump? etc? It helps to get info before guessing.

E85
Changed my entire fuel system: 1450 BluMac FIC, BlaqOps double pumper and upgraded full line
Diff turbo, intake manifold, exhaust manifold.

After the tuner finished with it the car started fine but I had part throttle issues with it and I was on Tephra mods before (V5.1)......He put me on V5 and disabled nothing (and I have no rear O2, EGR, EVAP etc). I went back in and disabled all of those but after the tune the car got harder and harder to start and keep on.

E85 requires IPW settings to be changed for cold starts. The fact its not staying running on its own tells me its not tuned properly. Most likely the injector scaling is so far off it wont stay running.

Thats what I was thinking too....and the tune was def........ Well it sucked.

Forgot to add I told the tuner I was on ECU controlled boost and he didn't change anything on ECUFlash to account for my Omni4 bar.....


Its all bad. LOL. I'm so pissed off. I got talked into letting this shop tune the car....they had some recent customers be really happy with their tune.......I'm so far from happy I want a damn refund but I doubt that I'm going to get it and its just going to **** me off.

1.368
1.176
0.984
0.816


Copied of the mega merge of the injector scaling thread.

Car still doesn't fire. The original owner screwed up the immob so its D001 and bit 3 is set to 0 in periphery FAA.............WTF

I'd like to get to work. I'm going to see if I can get some of my money back.

Check your email. I need your old rom and I will fix the immobilizer. It definitely sounds like its the immobilizer to me after reading your email.

May as well put tephra v7 on it if we have to screw with all this other stuff. I dont recommend disabling the immobilizer but if you dont have your old rom you have no choice.
