stock 05 evo viii load?

hello all as in the title i have a 2005 evo viii all stock just doing some stock logging i searched and couldnt find an answer im only hitting a max load of 180 this seems a little low to everything iv been finding can anyone shed some light on this for me please thanks guys

180 load is only 9-10 psi on my car... Might be slightly different on yours but still, you should see ~220 I think on a stock car. I'd say make sure your boost lines are connected properly and that the stock boost pill is in them, otherwise you'd only be boosting to wastegate pressure (~14 psi) which could be around 180 load on a stock car. Also check for boost leaks while you're at it.

We'll Iv done a boost leak test and fixed all the leaks I don't know about the pill tho hopefully have gauges in this weekend to see what im hitting

ok guys got boost gauge in im hitting and holding right at .8kg/cm2 which is about the equivalent of 11psi take in consideration the gauge being off by about 3 psi that makes it right at 14 which from what said above means no boost pill which means pervious owner prolly had a boost controller on here and lost old lines and just put vaccum lines on sound about right to anyone thanks for your help

Sounds right to me. So you have the choice of either getting some stock vac lines or just get some form of boost controller. Since you're going to be buying something either way, I'd recommend just going with the boost controller and be done with it.
