1. search, lots of info here.
2. get tactrix cable, evoscan, ecuflash, laptop
3. find a tuner ( mellon, evokid, etc etc)
4. search some more before you do anything ECU related.

I don't know the first thing about tuning need step by step instructions

Well maybe you should consider hiring a tuner then
If you read those links provided you would have a better understanding of what's involved.

Check the local forums and see if you can find someone to do it, since it seems like you don't want to invest the time needed to learn.
