Cold Idle issue

Hello everyone, for a while now I been trying to figure out my cold idle issue. Unlike most of the other cold idle/start issues I read on here, it does not happen during open loop.

I attached a log from the other day. If you look around line 92, you can see the idle go from 1.3k rpm to about 800 rpm and the car almost dies. This happens for about 1 or 2 minutes and completely goes away.

I see the car starts going lean, but I think it's becaue of misfire, maybe? I'm running out of ideas for what to look for (no boost leaks, new plugs). Also I should mention I'm on SD and this only happens when I converted to SD. All the fuel trims look to be in check.

What do you guys think?

Also some changes I made so far. Added more fuel at idle via VE tables or MAF HZ table, didn't help much. Took out some timing on the Low Temp Timing Trim Maps, didn't help. Added fuel to MAF Comp vs Coolant Temp tables, didn't no make the issue go away either.

I would think that my injectors are causing this but like I said, this only happens on SD. any advice what else to look for?

Is your EGR blocked off by chance? Mine will not idle for the first minute or so of really cold weather, unless i'm in there holding the throttle open a bit.

I just made my idle be in open loop constantly. Something weird is going on. For the same amount of time as before, my AFRs go lean (16.5+) and finally goes down after about a minute or two.

That's not normal right?
