Need help getting out this knock

Need help getting out this knock
I'm driving a stock head and block Evo 7 with a GT35, AMS IC and 3" TBE. Where I'm located we only have 91 oct. I'm getting some knock between 2500 -3500 rpm/60-110 load. Dropping timings seems to make it worse.

Dont worry about knock sums of 3 or less, also log no good with out WB02 data
