I have ECUFlash 1.29 and 1.42 loaded in separate directories with the same XML definitions in each, and a tactrix 1.3. My method of flashing and reading the ECU was to use 1.29 to pull and flash the map, as it is compatible with 1.3 cable, and use 1.42 to modify the maps. It worked great until today.

Now the cable with v1.29 wont see the ECU at all. The cable connects (bottom right corner of ECUFlash), but when I try to pull the map, it doesn't show being connected to a car at all. I have not changed anything with my computer or car since the last time I modified my map, and I've tried connecting to more than one car. No bueno.

Anyone have any ideas? I know ECUFlash/tactrix can be a bit tricky with Win7, which I have, but I have had no problem until now. I tried reinstalling 1.29 as well, no change.

I uninstalled EVERYTHING and tried again. Same deal.
